Website purpose

The site provides information about voiceover, audio, proofreading, digital media, podcast, and creative-production services. Site information is not, by itself, a binding quote, offer, or project contract.

Projects

Any engagement is governed by separately agreed terms concerning scope, rates, payment, deadlines, revisions, usage rights, licensing, exclusivity, credits, and delivery.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, website design, copy, photographs, likeness, voice demos, recordings, performances, graphics, logos, branding, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Jamie Killian / Porchlight Productions LLC and protected by applicable law.

Permitted and prohibited use

You may browse public pages, evaluate services and demos for legitimate casting or business purposes, and share normal links. You may not copy, republish, rehost, sell, sublicense, scrape, harvest, systematically download, falsely attribute, or commercially exploit protected site content without written permission.

AI and voice cloning

Automated collection or reuse for model training, voice cloning, synthetic-media creation, impersonation, biometric or voiceprint development, dataset construction, or similar machine-learning uses is prohibited without prior written authorization, except where a restriction cannot lawfully apply.

Demos

Demos and sample recordings are for evaluation only and are not stock audio. They are not licensed for broadcast, synchronization, advertising, resale, redistribution, remixing, cloning, training, or dataset use without a separate written license.
